Here at MPN, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 30 days of the item delivery. Easy return is guaranteed so you can shop freely, no strings attached!  Once we receive your returned item, we'll give you a store credit or full refund of the purchase price whichever you prefer.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow the following no-hassle 2 step process:

Please contact us via info@myperfectneighbour.com so we can expect your return and prepare for it. (Include your name, order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or store credit).

Is there a catch? There has to be a catch?? Well…. There is a small catch. Returned in the condition you received them. Once we receive the product in this condition (it’s only fair, right?) your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by MPN for it to be available as credit and for it to appear on your credit card statement. 

Alternatively, you may wish to choose a “Store Credit” instead of a refund. A store credit may be used for future purchases via our web-site. Where store credit is chosen, we will send you an email as confirmation of the store credit having been applied to your account.The credit will appear in your account, which is accessible by signing in to the web-site and accessing the My Account Section. You need to be a MPN member to be able to receive store credit, so go ahead and create an account and enjoy the membership benefits and all the great savings, deals and giveaways we run frequently!

If an item is faulty, you may return it at any time.  Please let us know right away if something in your order is faulty. If we could trouble you to send a photograph of the faulty item(s)  to info@myperfectneighbour.com along with your name, your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or store creditit will help us process your refund or store credit as soon as possible.

Unfortunately you will have to pay shipping to have the item returned, but as a good will gesture we will offer 15% off your next purchase with us as we want you to be a lifetime customer!
