ORDERS

We currently accept USD and CAD. You will be able to change the currency by clicking the "Currency Tab" on the website. By default our store is setup to be processed in CAD

Of course! If for some reason you would like to change your order please feel to reach out to us and we will issue a complete refund to your card or change out product for another. Typically refunds could take 3-5 business days to be issued back on your card. Unfortunately if your sign had already been placed in queue and cut there will be a material charge for any materials used.

You should receive an email order confirmation shortly after you place your order. If you did not receive it, you may have misspelled your email address. Please email us at info@myperfectneighbour.com and we will resend your confirmation to your correct email address.

SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all our products of $12.00 USD.

We use two shipping couriers. For U.S orders we use UPS and for orders in Canada we use Canada Post. Typically you should receive your product within 1-2 weeks from ordering. For International orders it may take a little longer. Please find our full shipping policy here

You will receive your tracking number as soon as the order leaves our facility via email. If your tracking information is stuck on a ‘Pre-Shipment’ status or says it has just left the originating country, it is currently going through customs. Unfortunately, the tracking is not updated during this time. We don't have any influence on the process, however it usually only takes a few days. In rare cases, the customs process can take up to three weeks. Track your package here

Typically within 3­-5 business days after we receive the returned product you should see the refund issued back to your card.
